EduStars is an educational learning and training agency. We provide research-based teacher training for new and non-certified teachers. Our training focuses on student-centered teaching methodology, encouraging teachers to adapt their teaching to multiple learning styles and drawing upon students' experience. Participatory, adult learning approaches are culturally appropriate to target populations and improve the quality of teaching. We specialize in certain areas in efforts to continue perfecting our craft. 

As of date, we have a Praxis passing rate of 96%. To date, we have had a cohorts of teachers (2,900) to complete our Praxis Prep Academy and every participant who sat for their exam, PASSED. During the last session, evaluations were given to the participants and they loved the flexibility of our program, the individualization, and the almost immediate feedback from the work they turn in. We still have previous participants reaching out to our Coaches, updating them on strategies (which were taught by our Coaches) they’ve implemented and student success. Now, THAT is success!

A non-certified educator is a profession in action, doing the most urgent daily work of teaching. He or she is entrusted with students who will be in third-grade language arts or Kindergarten only once. It may be their teacher’s first year of delivering instruction, but it’s the students’ only year to learn the content. That is what guides our work. That is what we keep in the forefront of our thinking when we train a certified or non-certified teacher to enter the classroom.
